Location: the hotel was next to a long rocky beach with crystal clear water, center of village and the centre.

At first we were unsure about the location but it proved to be in a lovely village - walking distance to water and restaurants etc. Bus into Split (but not on Sundays). Owner kindly drove us to airport.

The owner is a nice person and very helpful but with our lack of German and his small amount of English communications were challenging. However we managed and he stored our car for us while we were away on the Islands for 6 days. As I said he is a nice and helpful man. Probably because of the language issues we never did find out about the breakfast.The place is excellent, in a nice quiet location, close to the beach, supermarkets and good restaurants. We would go back. We arrived at check in time 2.00: No one was there, we came back at 3.30 it took some phone calls to get someone to meet us, and they told us the owner would be another 30 minutes. We understood his reasons for not being there at the time.

I stayed in a really spacious room that had just been renovated. It was equipped with a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave, which made my stay super convenient. Plus, the atmosphere was very quiet, perfect for relaxing. 😊.

It was clean and within walking distance of beach.

the room was very nice, and modern! It was very close to the beach, and the gentleman who owns the building was very kind to us because our connection had been cancelled and he waited for us to arrive in the evening.

If you come by car you must print directions before as the hotel is not directly on the main road, if you come by bus you must expect a 10 minute walk up hill.

The atmosphere here was really peaceful. My room had a cozy fireplace, central heating, and an iron, which was handy. the staff were super friendly, just as I expected. 😊.

The hotel has not own parking place,as in the hotel description is,only in public area,on the street.This wouldn't be a problem,but to find a parking place in the late evening hours is very hard.

The room was really clean and silent.the owner was so nice but be careful he doesn't speak any english-he speaks german only!

Title: Amazing Experience, Few Party Options

The lack of party options for young people. We were hoping for some lively nightlife and maybe a beach party, but the area didn't offer much in terms of late-night entertainment.

I had a great 3-day solo stay at Villa Stobrec. The small double room I had was clean and had a mountain-facing balcony. The basic accommodation had a small kitchenette, Wi-Fi for work calls, and a drying rack on the balcony. The best part was the beach just across the road - crystal clear water, not crowded, and with showers and a small cafe. There are also two great seafood restaurants nearby, and the town center is a short walk away. The owner was very nice and helpful, making my stay even better.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a balcony facing the beautiful mountains. The location is perfect, just a short walk down the path to the long rocky beach with crystal clear water.
